Wonderful welcome on arrival. Klaudija and Deni were very good with communication and went above expectations to help us. House is independent and large, great shower and comfy bed. I would recommend a stay here.

The apartment is the best air bnb we have stayed at in Croatia, very modern and clean. Had everything we could possible need. The water is really that blue and it was cool to watch the fisherman (and then feeding the cats!). The area is very quiet in October due to closure of season and unfortunately weather had just started to turn, I’m sure if we had come in the summer there would be much more going on in the area (we could see a beach bar/activity area which was closed due to end of season). It was convenient location to visit Pula and Rovinj before going on to Zagreb.

Deni and Klaudija have done a great job! The house has everything you need, very comfortable (we were 4 adults plus a medium-sized dog). They even gifted us some orange juice and ice cream when we arrived. The outside space is magical. The pool and grill are the perfect amenities for the hot summer days. We would definitely recommend this place and hope to back soon! Our dog loved the garden and shade it provided. You def need a car to get around if you want to explore the area. Deni and Klaudija have great recommendations.

We stayed in low season with really good weather so it was nice and peaceful. We loved to swim in the sea/fjord. The apartment is super nice and modern, we loved our stay!!

Wir waren mit 4 Leuten für 10 Nächten in Cepic. Es war sehr sauber und angenehm. Deni hat uns bei unserer Ankunft sehr freundlich begrüßt. Von Cepic aus waren für uns alle Ziele die wir uns vorgenommen hatten gut erreichbar. Entspannen am Pool war ebenfalls sehr erholsam. Alles in allem ein sehr empfehlenswertes Objekt.

Klaudija und Deni sind der Hammer. Zur Begrüßung gab es Wein und frisch gemachten Palatschinken. Das Haus ist tip top sauber und absolut komfortabel. Wir würden sofort wieder mit unseren Kindern dort Urlaub machen. Im Haus hat es überall Klimaanlagen, es gibt eine Spülmaschine, eine Waschmaschine und sogar einen Wäschetrockner. Die Ausstattung ist weit mehr als ausreichend. Deni´s Eltern kümmern sich ebenfalls hervorragend um das Haus und den Pool. Auch wenn die beiden kein Wort Englisch sprechen, ist es einfach nett mit den Beiden. Insgesamt können wir das Ferienhaus nur empfehlen und zwar ohne jegliche Einschränkung! Wir sind immer noch total begeistert!!!

Die Unterkunft, welches ein eigenständiger Bungalow ist, befindet sich im Landesinneren, in ca. 10 Minuten Entfernung zum nächsten Strand in Plomin Luka. Keine Touristen in näherer Umgebung. Ruhe pur, in ländlicher Umgebung. Genügend Supermärkte oder Restaurants im Umkreis von 10 - 15 Kilometern. Das Haus entspricht genau der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Highlight war natürlich der Pool, welchen wir zur Alleinnnutzung hatten. Dort konnten wir wirklich entspannen und unseren Urlaub genießen. Der Kontakt mit Klaudija und Deni verlief (vor, während und nach unseres Urlaubs) einwandfrei und zügig. Beim Check-in wurden wir herzlichst von Klaudija empfangen. Zudem erhielten wir einen selbstgemachten Wein und Palatschinken von Denis´Eltern. Diese wohnen nebenan und halfen sofort, wenn wir etwas brauchten. Check-out ebenfalls problemlos. Kann nur empfohlen werden. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.

Hi everybody this accomodation is recommended!!! Its clean and bigger you should think. We enjoyed the pool soooo much but you have to take care with small kids when they play around. The view is really stunning with the poppy's in the field. There is airco, waching machine, fridge, a freezer, bbq, even a drying machine... There is an extra bathroom outside and an extra livingroom. We slept good in the beds. There are two tv's with sat. You may need some muskito spray but thats rather normal i think. The cat is called Sushi.. En if you want to know more just take your bags en gooooo to cool stay istria!

We stayed 14 nights and had a great time in Cepic. The owners gave us a warm welcome with food and drinks from Istria. With the hospitality it felt like a 2nd home. Furthermore, it is equipped with all conveniences and facilities to spend your vacation or stay well. A wonderful garden with swimming pool and bbq. The house has a fantastic view. The location is in a wide valley with a very quiet village. At a pleasant distance (car) from all sights in Istria. Near the house there is a lot to do with nice mountain villages and (really) good eating places to discover the local cuisine. If you want to discover Istria this is the ideal home base. We would therefore definitely recommend this house for future visitors!

This place is a gem. Great host, beautiful location, and just overall had an awesome time! Klaudia and Deni took the time to babysit our children for a few hours so we could have time alone. AMAZING :) They were also quick to respond when the internet wasn't working and had it fixed immediately. Recommend this place 100%.

Siamo stati accolti da Claudia, la moglie di Deni. L'accoglienza è stata veramente calorosa, ci aveva preparato dei dolcetti e ci ha anche regalato una bottiglia di grappa e una di vino fatte da loro. La casa è bellissima proprio come nelle foto, visto che noi siamo arrivati a dicembre ci hanno fatto trovare tutto l'ambiente già ben riscaldato. Vi consigliamo assolutamente di fare una straordinaria vacanza come abbiamo fatto noi nella bella casa di Deni.

Deni's place in the quiet village Cepic is quite comfortable for 6 people. The bedrooms and the kitchen/dining room are large and great for hanging out. Deni was super nice and easy to talk to. The place has everything one may need and there is a beautiful view of the mountains, as well. We were really satisfied with our stay and do recommend it for small groups of friends or families.

Danke Deni für die schöne Zeit. Das Haus war sehr sauber und bis auf die Couch in einem tollen Zustand! Nach einer herzlichen Begrüßung mit selbstgemachten Schinken, Wein und Käse, wurden wir von Klaudija herumgeführt. Die Kommunikation geht mit Deni sehr schnell und einfach. Für die Unterkunft wird ein Auto benötigt, da es doch etwas entfernt liegt. Es gibt Leihfahrräder in der Garage zur freien Vefügung. Der Pool war sauber und das ganze Ambiente lädt zum entspannen ein.

Nos avons séjourné 5 nuits dans l'appartement de Deni. Situé au coeur de Polje Cepic, il permet de se reposer à l'écart des centres urbains et de la côte tres bondée. L'appartement est vaste, bien équipé. Nous avons été accueilli par la femme de Demi qui a été ultra sympathique, nous accueillant même avec des crêpes maisons faites par sa belle-mère... Bref, ce fut parfait pour notre famille.

We had very lovely two weeks in Istria at Deni's house. Deni and Klaudija are both so nice people. And also Deni's parents. We got the warmest wellcoming when we arrived to the house. All the communication with Deni was very easy and we get answers quickly. The house was exactly like in pictures and was perfect for us, family with three kids who loved the pool. We loved the pool area with the barbeque fassilities. There was washingmachine, dryer and dishwasher at the house, which was excellent. There was also a garden and we were happy to pick up fresh salad, basilica, cucumber, tomatoes and zucchinis. The location was peaceful. The house is in the little village at the countryside so you need a car to get to the supermarkets, restaurants and beaches. There is a small grocery nearby but we mostly did our shopping in the supermarkets at Labin approximately 15-20 min drive away. In Labin there were also plenty of restaurants and healthcare possibilities if needed.

Deni is a really nice person. We got lost at arrival and he even came to find us and drove together to the house. He also provided some bruschettas and some drinks, what a nice surprise after a long journey. Deni is also very flexible, we asked for an extra mattress and we even got an extra bed for the same price. The house is situated in a very quiet area with beautiful nature. The washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and airco makes this house complete. We enjoyed the swimming pool every day. We definitely recommend this house.

Wir wurden von Deni bzw. seinen Eltern herzlichst begrüßt und konnten selbst gemachten Wein, Schinken und Käse bestaunen und verköstigen. Bei Fragen wurde uns immer umgehend geholfen. Wir konnten uns auf Deutsch und Englisch verständigen. Das Haus war wie beschrieben und sauber. Durch die zentrale, ruhige Dorflage konnten wir Ladin und Rabat gut erreichen. Viele kleinere Strände wie Sv. Marina oder Ravni sind in einer halben Stunde erreichbar. Für Tagestrips bieten sich Pula oder Medulin an, jeweils eine Stunde entfernt. Ebenso lohnt sich der Besuch der Insel Cres. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und der Gastgeber Deni ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

We had a very good time in Cepic. The house is very nice and we received a warm welcome from Deni and his family. The house offers all the modern appliances as well a great view. The swimming pool is ideal after a hot Istrian day. From there you can visit most parts of Istria.
