Cool Stay Premium for 2 is a studio apartment (a part of the holiday house Cool Stay Premium). The area of 30 m2 features a comfortable sofa that converts into a 160x200 bed, satellite TV, a kitchen with dining table and chairs and a bathroom. In front of the studio apartment on the covered terrace is a sitting furniture.

Air condition unit is used for heating.
It is located in a quiet place, in Čepić, below the largest Istrian mountain Učka. It is only 9 km from the sea (Plomin Luka), 1 km from a mini market, 13 km from a supermarket, 250 m from a coffee bar and 7 km from a restaurant with local Istrian cuisine.

Payment
The payment of the chosen accommodation has two steps. The first part (advance) is to be paid in advance when booking, and the second part is to be paid upon your arrival to your chosen accommodation.
The deposit is 30% of the total price. Payments can be made via bank transfer to the account.
